White 2 Ply Wrapping Sheets   18 x 18 inches (457x457mm); use to wrap and age larger bloomy rind cheeses.  Pack of 20 sheets.

(sheets will be folded in half during shipping due to size)

Same professional wrapping sheets commercial soft cheese makers use.

Double layer microperforated wrapping paper. One side of this paper is designed to absorb any excess moisture. The other side is polypropylene and has very tiny holes in it for porosity. This lets your bloomy rind cheeses breathe.

Use with shiny side outside and dull side on the inside.

    I had some smaller sheets and at times I make pretty large bloomies, so I ordered these. Plenty of wrapping room! So far they have kept the cheeses at the right moisture content. Can't wait to try the sheep milk Brie!

    Made my first white mold cheese was a little nervous about the ripening process not anymore, Used this ripening paper and all went as planned. I will definitely be buying this again. Thanks Steve for providing these great products
