About This Product

White 2 Ply Wrapping Sheets  10 x 10 inches (250x250mm) for cheeses or butter.    Pack of 20 sheets

Same professional wrapping sheets commercial soft cheese makers use.

Double layer microperforated wrapping paper.

One side of this paper is designed to absorb any excess moisture.  The other side is polypropylene and has very tiny holes in it for porosity.

This lets your bloomy rind cheeses breathe. Use with the shiny side to the outside, dull side to the inside.

    prolonging life

Posted by Rebecca Patterson on 19th Mar 2014

These cheese papers really do prolong the life of our cheeses. We use them for bloomies and washed rinds and they seem to prevent them from getting "soggy". We use them for our hard cheeses too.
