Make delicious home made Cream Cheese or Sour Cream with this Mesophilic Starter culture.
Also great for Creme Fraiche!
Easy to use; just use 1/8 tsp per batch (our recipe is for 1 gallon of milk and 1 pint of heavy cream)
You can make from 12-16 batches with this packet.
NOTE: Culture does not include RENNET; order Rennet separately if needed (RENNET)
We recommend a Liquid or Tablet Microbial Rennet for Cream Cheese / Sour Cream.

Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis,
Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris,
Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar diacetylactis,
Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. cremoris.
