Making cheese at home is not only a rewarding process, it can save you a lot of money at the grocery store. However, the end result can look unappealing if inadequate moulds are used. Whether making bri or tall baby cheddar, you’ll find these hoops and the optional followers perfect forms for either home or commercial use.
If you’re shopping for cheese molds stainless steel is the best option available. These hoops offer a seamless construction and are strong and durable enough for regular use. Featuring small drainage holes to allow easy whey expulsion, the moulds come in three basic sizes. We also offer heavy duty followers, perfectly fitting and constructed from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with a center drainage hole. All three hoops work with our Dutch Press (single plunger).

Remember to select the appropriate HDPE follower when choosing your stainless steel cheese mold.
