Includes 10 baskets to drain and shape Ricotta, this mould can also be used to drain other soft cheeses.

 

One Mould is great for 1 Gallon Batches; or use two or more for larger batches.

    This is a great deal. Have used them for making St Marcellin. The moulds did a good job of draining the curd and flipping was easy. These are strong plastic and easy to clean.

    Ordered these baskets for a little impromptu cheese class. They came quickly and worked perfectly. They are inexpensive enough that it doesn't hurt to send people home with a few!
