This Lid/ Follower will fit into our Brie Hoop.  Made of commercial food grade HDPE cutting board plastic. You can also use them with your own moulds or hoops. Make note that soft cheeses like Camembert and Brie do not need followers. 

BRIE:   Follower diameter: 7 1/8 in.(18cm)  Fits into the Brie hoop to make and press larger cheeses.

    Great for Monterrey Jack

    These followers are great for Monterrey Jack. I use two 7" moulds and followers at a time with a batch of 4 gallons in a 22-quart roasting oven. Works perfect. I add the different weights throughout the process (3 and 10lbs) Great way to make a variety Jack flavored cheeses.
