FOOD GRADE LIQUID SMOKE for Cheese Making
Made from natural Hickory wood.
Mix with well drained curds for even distribution.
Traditional, hard cheeses such as Cheddar and Gouda are smoked, but other popular varieties include Mozzarella, Provolone, Swiss.
Usage rate:
1/2 tsp.(2.4ml) per 2 lbs.(.9kg) of drained curds.
For the following amount of milk to be used; (.6 tsp. 3ml. per 12-15 liters(3-4 gal.) of milk).
