Mesohphilic Starter MSC is great for for longer aged Non Dairy cheeses like Blues, Cashew Camemberts etc.
For Plant Based/ Non-Dairy cheese making at home.
Use in place of rejuvelac or probiotic capsules, or with recipes that call for a Mesophilic Starter Culture.

Envelope good for 16 batches with up to 4 cups nuts or 14 oz Plant based milk
OPTIONS WITH PURCHASE:
- Our Small/Nut Bag size draining bag will accommodate up to 1/2 -1 gallon batches while our Larger Light Duty bag will accommodate up to 5-7 gallons.
- Order small volume measuring spoons as an option; 5 spoons from 1/32nd teaspoon - 1/4 teaspoon (necessary for small culture measurements)
*Vegan / Lactose disclaimer: This product is produced using lactose as a fermentation nutrient.
This means that during the fermentation part of the production process, lactose is fermented out of the final product. It is not produced in a vegan certified facility.
For home vegan cheese makers, this product can be used for Vegan/ Plant / Nut based cheese fermentation.
For those with LACTOSE allergies please be aware that there is a possibility of traces of lactose present.
