Italian basket mould, or cylindrical weaved baskets are suitable for  blue cheese, feta, fresh cheese. 
Beautiful 'woven' bottom provides for an attractive pattern on your cheese!

    Only reason i didn't give five stars is, a few of the slats that go horizontally were cracked, or (detached from one side) from the vertical piece, i'm guessing it's from the moulds being stacked inside one another too tightly. Still got the job done though.
