    I bought the medium trier and I appreciate the narrow channel, which makes a smaller hole in the cheese. I like the weight and balance. There is a small gap where the handle attaches, and you need to make sure cheese doesn't go in there. Note from Steve/TheCheeseMaker.Com; Noted. Usually one would not push into the cheese past the blade so the chance of getting cheese into the small gap is very small. The gap on current models is ever so slight none the less.
