These are excellent little moulds for making small cheeses you can give to all your friends.  

These will hold approximately 50-60 grams of cheese. Order 6 of one style or 3 of each style for 6 total.

    I made individual goat cheeses for a cocktail party and topped with onion jam. Was a huge hit. Another time, I made individual cream cheeses for a brunch treat. What fun.

    Can't wait to use these when I make semi soft cheese with goats milk, they should look fantastic on a plate. Very cute moulds.
