x 7-1/2"W (19cm) x 4-1/2"H (11.4cm). Easily fits on the shelf
of most refrigerators.
(1) Taylor Instant Read 1" Dial Thermometer. (0-220f)
(1) Draining mat.
(1) Draining Platform.
(1) Calcium Chloride. Helps milk coagulate (form a curd).
(2) White PVC** Plastic Camembert moulds. Inside Diameter: 4 inches (100 mm)
